IV. CLOSED SESSION
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Boerne Independent School District, will be held on Monday, November 16, 2015, beginning at 5:00 p.m. at 123 W. Johns Road, Boerne, Texas. The public Open Session will begin immediately after the opening of the meeting and followed by the Closed Session. All final votes, actions, or decisions on the following items will be taken in open session meeting thereafter.

The Board will now recess into Closed Session Pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 551 of the Texas Open Meeting Act and in accordance with the Texas Education Code for the following purposes:
