2. Audit - Carl Dietz Presentation - Help Develop Financial Benchmarks Special Building, Depreciation Fund, and General Fund. 3. Short & Long Term Facility Goals - Plans for Building Tours in order to prioritize projects across the school district. 4. School Relations - Beginning with School relations through special events like 'Brew with the Board' visits in buildings, and at 'Parent Conferences' Facilitate a discussion with building principals. Continue to celebrate 155 year milestone by highlighting people and programs. |
