8.1.c. Interest Based Collective Bargaining

Description:

IBCB occurred April 5,6,7
All Roseau School Board Members and six Roseau Teacher Association representatives met collectively with Superintendent Jerome and Bureau of Mediation Services facilitator Marshall Thompson.
Terms of the Roseau School Board / Roseau Teacher Association were agreed upon during the evening of April 7th.
The Roseau Teacher Association met on April 14th to review / discuss terms and vote.
RTA members attending meeting approved contract terms by a vote of 50 - 0.

Description:

The Budget to Actual document provides a financial report detailing actual budget as well as up to date expenditures on a monthly basis per fund balance as well as line item.

Description:

Calendar options will be presented to Roseau Teacher Association for consideration prior to board meeting.
Calendar will be presented to board for approval during the May 17th regular board meeting.

8.1.h. Roseau School District Covid-19 / School Learning Plan Update

Description:

Currently all in-person learning K-12 students attend school Monday - Thursdays each week.
Flex Fridays will be utilized through the remainder of the school year.
Optional Staff Covid-19 testing occurs every two weeks.

Description:

The MSHSL Board of Directors unanimously approved spring outdoor sport masking recommendations for Minnesota Department of Health consideration during Board of Directors meeting on April 15th.
Currently Minnesota Department of Health requires masking for spring sport athletes.

8.2. Life Care COVID Vaccine Clinic

Description:

LifeCare is requesting ability to provide a COVID Vaccination clinic at our school for students age 16 and above as well as staff members who may not have received vaccination as of yet.
