3. Closed session for the annual evaluation of the superintendent, contract negotiations, and to give preliminary consideration to allegations against an employee.
Move to go into closed session for the following reasons: (1) to consider labor negotiations strategy pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 13D.03, subdivision 1; (2) to evaluate the performance of the superintendent pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 13D.05, subdivision 3; and (3) to give preliminary consideration to allegations against an individual subject to the Board’s authority pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 13D.05, subdivision 2(b).
