Their efforts have had a meaningful impact on student success, and we are grateful for their hard work and commitment. Additionally, we would like to extend our thanks to the following mentors: Jason Weber, Heidi Polzin, Lisa Bonk, Megan Modahl, Jana McIver, Nick Gugisberg, Steph Swalla, Alicia Christman, Amanda Averback, and Amber Braaten. These individuals have played a vital role in supporting our new staff, ensuring they feel encouraged and appreciated. Through effective self-reflection, coaching, and a focus on evidence of student learning, our mentors have challenged our new teachers to continually improve their practice.
