Curt and Jason Bromm were present to give some updates from the legislature. This is the third day of bill introduction. There have been some school bills introduce such as school discipline, ag land, etc. Governor to give budget speech on Thursday. Senator Dorn is introducing the bill on core services. Senator Stinner is supportive of the bill. Senator Flood introduce a bill on the Open Meetings Act. Speaker Hilgers had asked Senators to limit the number of bills because of pandemic. Senator Walz will be the new EducationCommittee Chair. Discussed the Education Committee as a whole. Discussion on COVID vaccine for educational staff.

Executive Director gave an update on the Legislative Day. The meeting will not be in person. Posibilitiy of show casing students and programs via Zoom. Idea to have Open House via Zoom - Breakout rooms for each service unit and a Zoom jockey to move Senators in and out of meetings.
