Executive Ludwig gave a brief overview. We will meeting in Ainsworth on February 26th. We will be meeting with Equal Level and Legal Council to discuss the possibility of multi-state ordering of our Annual Buy. Data collected on the current bid will also be reviewed. Coop staff will be putting together a summary of sales data that will also be considered.

This would be an asset value recovery program for technology devices under 10 years old and is an alternative to low-paying recycling and auction programs.
Prices paid for devices would include: • Packing up the items into specialized boxes • Shipping the items • Full Audit of items with reporting of Record, Profile, Test and Condition Grade • Local Hard Drive erasure to DOD standard 5220.22M • Certificates in both print and electronic form for both Hard Drive Erasure and compliance with Environmental Standards by R2 • Recycling of any items that are D grade
