Over the Summer Priscilla and Colleen have developed a database in Filemaker to retain sales data history by program. In the past this data was kept either in separate databases or spreadsheets so reporting took a large amount of time to extract for specific ESU's, School Districts, or other members. The new database will consolidate data by Member entity and will be easier to generate Sales and Savings reports. All Schools would benefit from the development, need was really seen by ESU 3 this year because of changes after requisitions where approved. There was no notification to Dave Curtis about these quantity changes by a school after they had been approved so he was operating on the presumed quantities that where approved and not quantities sent to the vendor.
This is a one time development cost.
Reports would be automated to generate 2 files (one for Receiving and one for Sorting).
Reports would be emailed to Address owners in Marketplace and also placed on an FTP site for later retrieval by ESUCC staff.
Work would be for 35-45 hours of development time, actual hours would be billed not to exceed 45 hours.
Cost would be $5,250 - $9,750, hours of development would be tracked and billed for actuals. $6,750 would be invoiced this year and additional $3,000 in the 2018-19 budget year.
Timeline for development: Notify Equal Level by: After September Board meeting Equal Level development calendar is mostly booked up for the remainder of the year. The earliest this project could be scheduled in is for January. If we want the functionality for the February Paper Buy, Equal Level would need to be notified as soon as possible after our Sept 6th meeting so we can block off the time in January. Scope of Work from Equal Level was provided.

Nearpod provides products to allow teachers and educators the ability to create and curate interactive multimedia lessons that can contain quizzes, polls, videos, images, and web content ("Content Tool"), access reports with student answers, assessments and activities ("Reporting Tool") and manage individual users, share presentations and obtain usage statistics ("Admin Tool"). The Content Tool, Reporting Tool and Admin Tool are collectively referred to as the Nearpod Services or Nearpod Products. Recommended by Beth Kabes Blended/Distance Education Director

Coop Strategic Plan April 4, 2017 Targeted Outcome: The ESUCC will develop strategy and implement an action plan designed to reduce the ESUCC Coop Administrative Fee as the program increases in sales/revenue through the Annual Buy.
