Review/Approve Resolution providing for the issue of approximately $1,215,000 Taxable General Obligation Refunding School Bonds, Series 2021A, and approximately $19,435,000 General Obligation School Bonds, Series 2021B, of the District for the purpose of increasing the Working Cash Fund of the District, altering and reconstructing school buildings and purchasing and installing equipment therein for fire prevention and safety, energy conservation and school security purposes and refunding certain outstanding bonds of the District, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on the bonds, and authorizing the sale of the bonds to Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, St. Louis, Missouri.
