4. PRESENTATION BY ADMINISTRATION

The building administrator presents:

• Incident summary

• Policy violated (handbook section and code reference)

• Investigative findings and supporting evidence

• Recommended disciplinary action

5. PRESENTATION BY STUDENT / PARENT

The student and/or their parent/guardian may:

• Respond to the administration’s presentation

• Provide context, explanation, or mitigating information

• Submit any statements or documentation for consideration

6. QUESTIONS BY THE BOARD

Board members may ask clarifying questions to either party.

7. CLOSING STATEMENTS

• Administration may make a closing statement.

• Student/parent/guardian may make a closing statement.

8. BOARD DELIBERATION

• Board deliberates in private.

• Administration and student/parent exit the room if required.

9. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION
