I. Call to Order
Description:
The President of the Board of Education has determined, due to the COVID 19 disaster, that an in-person meeting of the Board on the above date is not prudent, feasible or practical for members of the Board and the public. The Superintendent and the Board President will be present at the Central Services Office as provided for in Section 7(e)(5) of the OMA, but Board member participation will be conducted electronically, the meeting will be viewable by the public by live stream through the District’s website and public participation will be provided through email and a portal viewable by the Board and the public watching the live stream of the meeting. Details for public viewing and participation will be available on the District’s website and summarized in the agenda below.

Description:
Individuals who wish to submit comment to be read by the Board President may do so by submitting comments to public@d41.org by 5 p.m. the day of the meeting. Comments received after 5 p.m. will not be read during the meeting but will be forwarded to the Board and attached to the approved minutes.
