        Description: 
The calendar committee met and developed calendars using recommendations as indicated by staff.  We then created a survey monkey for all staff to vote on the calendar of their choice.  The results were as follows:  Option "1" - 86.79% (138 votes) and Option "2" - 13.21% (21 votes). Recommendation: Approve Option 1 for the 2018-19 school year. |

                                        XI. Discussion/Action:  Approve contract extension with Southwest Foodservice Excellence (SFE) for food service management for the 2018-19 school year.
