        on-going general counsel legal serves for the District. 

III. Deliberation regarding matters relating to filling the existing vacancy in the position
         of superintendent of schools, including, but not limited to:

III.A. Identification of possible candidate(s) for the position 
       (Closed/Executive Session – Section 551.074 Tex. Gov’t Code); and

III.B. The process to be used in the superintendent search and selection (Open Session)

IV. Deliberation and possible action to name Lone Finalist for the position of
             Superintendent of Schools

V. Adjournment
