V.B.a. Approve local policy update EIE — Academic Achievement: Retention and Promotion

V.B.b. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between The County of Hidalgo, Texas by and through its Hidalgo county Juvenile Board and Donna Independent School for the 2023-2024 school year for a fee outlined in the MOU for the use of the Juvenile Justice Alternative Program.

V.B.c. Approve out-of-state travel to Atlanta, Georgia for Skills USA National Leadership and Skills Conference on June 19-23, 2023.

V.B.d. Approve the purchase of 1,221 laptop units from vendor Dell Technologies using ESSER funds for Teachers.

V.B.e. Approve the purchase of 1,200 docking station units with monitors from vendor Dell Technologies using ESSER funds for Teachers.

V.B.f. Approve the purchase of 260 Laptop units and 9 carts from vendor Dell Technologies using LASO/ESSER funds.
