Description:
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests are filled by our FOIA officer, Mr. Sonntag. The district fulfilled the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests below:
1. Laura Kitaeff requested copies of any records pertaining to a staff member and any administrative disciplinary actions taken regarding the employee. 2. Owen Wang with South Cook News requested copies of employment contracts of the district's school principals and copies of the teachers' collective bargaining agreement. 3. Owen Wang requested information regarding district high school students. 4. Laura Kitaeff requested records regarding employee access to district security cameras. 5. Laura Kitaeff requested a copy of the district's previous teachers' collective bargaining agreement. 6. Laura Kitaeff requested invoices from third party entities providing professional services to the district and information regarding district security camera systems. 7. Megan McMillin requested documents and data relating to sexual misconduct and inappropriate behavior of a district teacher. 8. Frank Patterson with Academy Research Group requested employee contact, position, and satay information. 9. Laura Kitaeff requested a copy of the fully executed teachers' bargaining agreement including signatures. 10. Owen Wang requested student information which pertains to high school students. 11. Owen Wang requested the names of middle school graduates and their destination high school. 12. Megan McMillin requested copies of written communications received by district administration regarding complaints about a staff member.

Closed Session
Description:
The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals who serve as independent contractors in a park, recreational, or educational setting, or specific volunteers of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, a specific individual who serves as an independent contractor in a park, recreational, or educational setting, or a volunteer of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity. However, a meeting to consider an increase in compensation to a specific employee of a public body that is subject to the Local Government Wage Increase Transparency Act may not be closed and shall be open to the public and posted and held in accordance with this Act. 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).
