V.D. Approve fy21 tentative amended budget

V.E. Approve appointment of Jennifer Hosty as Treasurer for Berwyn South School District 100 effective July 1, 2021. This is a yearly appointment per Illinois School Code.

V.F. Approve the purchase of a new Thomas Built 71 passenger school bus from Midwest Bus Sales at a cost not to exceed $90,996.

V.G. Approve Siemens 3-year proposal for the replacement of variable air volume (VAV) controls at Freedom Middle School at a cost not to exceed $243,346.28. The cost includes new controllers, damper motors, temperature sensors, and a new network communication trunk.
|
|
V.H. Approve Siemens proposal for the replacement of control panels at Pershing, Irving, Emerson, and Piper at a cost not to exceed $107,789.00. The controls in these panels were installed in 1994 and are incompatible with the current network platform.
|

V.I. Approve Siemens proposal for the purchase of Desigo software for our Building Automation System (BAS) at a cost not to exceed $87,328.49. The current software is obsolete and has not been supported since 2019.
