V.B. Bills and Payroll

V.B.1. Approve payment of bills totaling $1,451,525.27.

V.B.2. Confirm payment of the payroll for 10.27.17 in the amount of $944,694.73 and 11.10.17 in the amount of $1,051,842.32   Authorize preparation and release of payroll dated 11.24.17 and 12.08.17.

V.C. Approve 26, end of life (EOL) Apple iMac desktop computers as surplus property.  These EOL devices are out of warranty and will be sold, recycled or scrapped for parts.

V.D. Adopt Policies 6:330 Achievement and Awards, 7:80 Release Time for Religious Observation, 7:160 Student Appearance, 7:275 Orders to Forgo Life Sustaining Treatment, 8:70 Community Relations

V.E. Approve Suburban School Cooperative Insurance Pool (SSCIP) renewal for $135,480.  This is an annual liability insurance approval.

V.F. Approve use of school facilities for Practice Pro LLC for softball pitching practice during January, February and March, 2018 at a cost of $32 per night.  Non student and non school organizations who request use of our facilities require board approval.
