V.A.1. Approve minutes from the 6.20.13 closed, 7.10.13 special and 7.24.13 special, closed and regular meetings.

V.B. Bills and Payroll

V.B.1. Approve payment of bills totaling $1,147,425.19.

V.B.2. Confirm payment of the payroll for 7.18.13 in the amount of $30,200.00, 8.2.13 in the amount of $824,373.29 and 8.16.13 in the amount of $934,051.15.  Authorize preparation and release of payroll dated 7.18.13, 8.30.13 and 9/13/2013.

V.C. Approve fy14 contract service provider - Tracey Schreier - autism consultant - $30,000.

Approve out of state travel for Dr. Fields.  Dr. Fields has been invited by Apple to speak at numerous leadership conferences throughout the year.  Of the 10 invitations received for October and November he is requesting approval for the conference on 10.8.13 in Kansas City, KS and 11.5.13 in Denver, CO.
