V.A.1. Approve minutes from the 6.20.13 special and 6.26.13 special, closed and regular meetings.

V.B.1. Approve payment of bills totaling $1,325,127.25

V.B.2. Confirm payment of the payroll for 7.5.13 in the amount of $836,054.44,  and 7.19.13 in the amount of $823,846.24.  Authorize preparation and release of payroll dated 8.2.13 and 8.16.13.

V.D. Approve Annual West 40 Regional Safe Schools Program (RSSP) Agreement.  Annual  agreement between District 100 and West 40 that allows d100to enroll  students in West 40's alternative school if necessary due to disciplinary reasons.

V.E. Approve Emerson and Piper fence proposals.  Additional fencing to protect students and staff will be presented and approved - unbudgeted

V.F. Approve fy14 Food Service Prices - breakfast $1.00, lunch $2.25, unchanged from fy13.

V.G. Approve Surplus Property - District property no longer usable must be declared surplus before disposal or recycling. 

V.H. Approve appointment of Stanley S. Fields, Ph.D. as Treasurer effective 7.1.13. This is a yearly appointment as per Illinois School Code.

V.I. Approve Out of State Travel for Dr. Fields and Shannon Soger - Dr. Fields and Ms. Soger have been invited to Apple headquarters in CA. to film a 30 minute webinar showcasing District 100 that will be shown throughout the country.
