There will be a sign-up sheet for the public to identify their name, address, phone number, name of the organization you represent (if any) and a brief description of the topic to be addressed. The public can submit public comments electronically to the Board of Education through the following email address: schoolboard publiccomments@wcusd200.org. Written comments will be read aloud at the meeting. Comments are generally limited to 3 minutes (See Board Policy 2:230). |

3.1. Approval to go into Closed Session for the Purposes of Discussing:

3.1.1. "the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity."

3.1.2. "collective negotiating matters between the District and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees."

3.1.3. "litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular District has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the District finds that an action is probable or imminent."
