Progressive Discipline Memo Verbal Warning Written Warning Written Reprimand with Consequence Remediation Plan Discipline up to Dismissal Discussion: 30 min Deadline, if any: 11/4/2015, provide Omar with any feedback on the process or documents. Target Outcome(s): Make ALT aware of the consistent process being developed when disciplining a staff member. |
