Description:
Amy and Luis have prepared a preliminary Project Tracker that illustrates the upcoming projects being managed by the district this summer. As available, proposals and renderings have been included for review. Amounts shown are estimates and projects will be prioritized based on budgetary availability.

Description:
We are excited to start the work at MacArthur. The timeline has been established as follows:

II.A.1.a. Gymnasium Flooring - Specialty Floors
Description:
Proposals for the repainting and refinishing have been attached along with a final rendering as designed by the Mac team.

Description:
The RFP for MacArthur Gymnasium Painting was issued and a site visit was conducted last week. Proposals are due Monday. Amy will be prepared to share pricing on Tuesday.

Description:
Proposals for two options for the replacement of the brown accordion wall on the stage are attached along with a rendering.

II.A.3. Low Voltage Cabling Work - Betsy Ross & Anne Sullivan Schools
Description:
As previously discussed with the Board, we will be continuing with our Low Voltage Network Cabling over the summer at Ross and Sullivan. Much of this work is eligible for rate reimbursement and has been solicited as such. The recommendation will be to award the contract to Greatline. Their proposal has been attached.
