Description:  Following discussions with Forecast5, Amy will share an update of YTD revenues & expenditures.

Description:  Amy will provide information on the placement of three students in NSSEO schools at Miner and Timber Ridge.  

Description:  District 23 has complied with Section 10-17 of the School Code (105 ILCS 5/10-17) requiring school districts to publish in a local newspaper annually, an Annual Statement of Affairs summary report. To meet this requirement the district must: 

• Publish an ASA summary in a newspaper of general circulation by December 1, annually,
• Submit the ASA to the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) for posting on the agency's website by December 15, annually  and
• Retain copies of the ASA in the school district's office

THSD214 published our ASA in the Daily Herald on 11/21/22, acting in their capacity as Treasurer.

Description:  We will discuss the final 2022 tax levy, including an update on the PTAB Revenue Recapture for 2022, which will be presented for approval at the December 14, 2022 BOE meeting. After additional review, the levy document remains largely unchanged from the tentative. A copy of the Truth in Taxation Hearing Notice for publication has been attached for review.

Description:  The Business Office has met with the Director of EDP to discuss the program and its needs for the coming year.  At this time, Administration is not recommending any increase in fees for the 2023-24 school year.
