II.A. Financial Reporting to the Committee
Description:
The review of monthly revenues and expenditures will resume once Forecast5 has posted our final budget (October).

II.B. ESSER III Update - Public Hearing Presentation & Update
Description:
In accordance with the requirements for ESSER III funding, a public hearing is required to allow for feedback and input from any interested party. Amy has attached a brief presentation that will be shared at the upcoming Board meeting and scheduled hearing along with an updated plan for expenditures.

II.C. Final FY22 Budget
Description:
Amy will discuss the process for approving the final budget and any issues which are different from previous BOE meeting presentation of the FY22 tentative budget. Anticipated revenues and expenditures will be presented and discussed.

II.D. Registration Fees - Update
Description:
Amy will provide an update on the collection of Registration Fees to date. As of 8/25, we have accounted for 87% of all registration fees. Our next phase will include past-due invoices for families who have registered and still have remaining balances due. The Business Office has continued to assist our families with their online payments, Fee Waiver and Payment Plan applications.

II.E. ISBE - Site Based Reporting Update
Description:
On an annual basis, all districts are required to report all expenditures on a per-student basis, broken down by building. The attached report reflects a small increase over the prior year. This information has been provided to ISBE and incorporated into the Illinois School Report Card as a measure of equity.

II.F. Audit Update
Description:
Baker Tilly performed their fieldwork to complete the FY21 audit during the weeks of 7/26/21 – 8/6/21. While mainly remote, the Business Office team met with Baker Tilly six times to assist with audit completion.

II.G. 403B Restatement - Allowance for District "On Behalf Of Employee" Contributions
Description:
Amy will discuss the need for a "Restatement" of the DIstrict's' current 403B agreement.
