Description:
Jim Bednar, Board President, calls the meeting to order.
Good Evening. In order for us to conduct this meeting effectively, I ask all participants to MUTE themselves. We will follow a process of calling on members for thoughts and input. IV. RECOGNITION OF VISITORS AND PARTICIPATION
Description:
At each regular and special open meeting, members of the public and District employees may comment to or ask questions of the Board of Education. If you would like to address the Board, please unmute yourself or complete a Visitor Participation Form and present it to Mrs. Peters, our recording secretary, at this time. The Board will be prepared to address those comments related to the agenda within a reasonable time.

Description:
Legal council advises that adopting this resolution drafted by IASB provides support to the District in the event we are unable to comply with an element of the Policy during the Pandemic.
