4.3. Name CCF Bank, Home Federal Savings Bank, Associated Bank and Trust, Minnesota Bank and Trust as depositories for school district funds.
|

4.4. Name Minnesota Trust as Joint Powers Investment Trusts.
|
|
4.5. Designate Jennifer Walsh, Executive Director of Finance and Operations, to serve as Deputy Board Treasurer, and Ashley Mattson, Executive Assistant to the Office of the Superintendent/School Board, shall serve as Deputy Board Clerk pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 123B.14.

4.6. Authorize Mike Funk, Superintendent, and Jennifer Walsh, Executive Director of Finance and Operations, to lease, purchase, and contract for goods and services within the budget as approved by the board, provided that any transaction in an amount exceeding the amount for which bids are required, must be authorized by the Board and fulfill other applicable requirements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes governing municipal contracting.

4.7. Designate Tami Alphs as School District Special Education, Federal Programs, and ESEA authority.
|
|
4.8. Delegate Jennifer Walsh, Executive Director of Finance and Operations, and Bria Hamberg, Business Services Coordinator, and others as assigned under the direction of Jennifer Walsh, the authority to make electronic transfers with the appropriate documentations, including written confirmation from the financial institution and proper request and approval form for the transfer, to be retained by the Executive Director of Finance and Operations.

4.9. Designate the Albert Lea Tribune as the Official Newspaper of the District

4.10. Directing Administration to Publish the "Annual Notification of Rights, Protection and Privacy of Student Records", notice in the official newspaper of the district.
