K.1. Approval of Resolution providing for the issue of not to exceed $2,300,000 Taxable General Obligation Refunding School Bonds, Series 2021A, of the District for the purpose of refunding certain outstanding bonds of the District, authorizing the execution of an escrow agreement in connection with said refunding, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on the bonds and authorizing the sale of the bonds to the purchaser thereof.

Approval of Resolution providing for the issue of not to exceed $3,000,000 General Obligation School Bonds, Series 2021B, of the District for the purposes of increasing the Working Cash Fund of the District and altering and reconstructing school buildings and purchasing and installing equipment therein for fire prevention and safety, energy conservation and school security purposes, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on the bonds, and authorizing the sale of the bonds to the purchaser thereof.
