ACTION: RESOLUTION authorizing and providing for an Installment Purchase Agreement for the purpose of paying the costs of funding school building additions and renovations, roof replacements, masonry repairs, building controls, locker replacement, site improvements, security, air quality, internal communication, technology, software, special needs accessibility and related projects of the District, in and for Community Consolidated School District Number 65, Cook County, Illinois, and authorizing and providing for the issue of not to exceed $3,000,000 Taxable General Obligation (Limited Tax) Debt Certificates, Series 2012, of said School District evidencing the rights to payment under such Agreement, prescribing the details of the Agreement and Certificates, and providing for the security for and means of payment under the Agreement of the Certificates.
