A sign-up sheet and comment cards will be available at the meeting.

Speaker time and free-flowing dialogue with the Board will be limited
depending upon the number of speakers.

                  Convene Board Finance Committee Meeting


Two additional opportunities for public input about 
plans for a new school are scheduled for
Wednesday, November 16 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
and on Monday, November 21, 2011 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Both community meetings will be held in the Board Room at the
Joseph  E. Hill Education Center, 1500 McDaniel Avenue, Evanston,  IL 60201
