Secondly, I'd like to know when the district plans to release its next Request for Proposals (RFP) for custodial/janitorial services. 10.B. The following request was received from Keith L. Langston on 10/10/2024:
In response to our request, we received a spreadsheet of information in the form of a pdf. We appreciate your efforts in fulfilling our request, however, there is pertinent information missing that was included in our original request that was not provided. This information is necessary for our analysis. Specifically, the following fields of data remains outstanding: • ISBN for each instructional material or textbook; • Grade or level intended for the instructional material or textbook; • Number of units purchased/procured; and • Cost per unit. Also, there are many entries in the "Descriptions" column of the spreadsheet that are cut off or incomplete due to the size of the column. As such, we would like to request the native Excel file of the pdf you provided. Lastly, we note from your response there is no data related to the following publishers/vendors: Benchmark Education, Big Ideas Math, Carnegie Learning, and Cengage. Please confirm there have been no instructional materials or textbooks purchased from these publishers/vendors. |
