I. CALL TO ORDER
PUBLIC HEARING:  The Board of Education of Jacksonville School District 117 will conduct a Public Hearing to receive public comments on a proposed waiver application of School Code 105 ILCS 5/10-20, 12a. If approved, the waiver would allow the District to waive tuition for children of full-time employees of the District for up to 5 years. Said waiver would allow the District to provide a benefit to its employees and to alleviate the shortage of qualified employees for the District.

The public hearing will be held at the District Central Office Board Room on Wednesday, June 15th, 2022. 

This notification fulfills requirements of the ISBE process for waiver approval.
