4. The Board will consider, discuss, and/or take appropriate action regarding the following:

4.A. Consider adopting the Grayson County Special Education SSA Budget for 2024-2025.

4.B. Consider adopting the Gunter ISD Budget for 2024-2025.

4.C. Consider adopting the Gunter ISD Tax Rate for 2024-2025.

4.D. Consider approval of Year End Budget Amendments and Transfer of Appropriations.

4.E. Consider approval to Repair or Replace 3 HVAC Units and to pay out of the 2023 Bond Funds.

5. Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et.seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;

5.A. Deliberation on the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property when deliberation would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third-party person pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code.

5.B. Deliberation on the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code.
