Description:  Recommendation:    That pursuant to the Open Meetings Act Section 2(c)(1), Section 2(c)(10) and Section 2(c)(11) the Governing Board goes into closed session to discuss the employment, compensation, and/or performance of a specific employee of SPEED and or matters regarding students. Any items needing approval will be voted on during the open session. 

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Governing Board approve the Personnel Report, Contract Personnel Report, and Contractor Agreements as presented.

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Governing Board approves the non-recurring and recurring bills for May and June 2025 as presented.

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Governing Board approves the Imprest and Activity fund report for May 2025 as presented.

Description:  I would like a motion to approve the Superintendent's Evaluation as discussed in Closed Session. 

Description:  That the Governing Board approves the Superintendent's recommendation to enter into an agreement for transportation services pursuant to the Resolution To Award Transportation Agreement. 

Description:  That the Governing Board approve the renewal of the Worker's Compensation insurance with Alliance/Mesirow, which represents Illinois Counties Risk Management Trust, in the amount of $103,674.

Description:  That the Governing Board approve the Food Service contract for the 25-26, 26-27, 27-28, and 28-29 school years.
