These additional protocols will be followed at CFSD Governing Board meetings until further notice:

• Doors to the boardroom will open at 5:30 p.m.
• When maximum occupancy is reached, no other attendee will be admitted unless a person exits the meeting.
• The meeting will be live-streamed for anyone who cannot attend in person.
• Public comment will be in person only. You are welcome to submit written commentary to board members whose contact information is noted on the CFSD website.
• Public comment will be limited to one hour and an individual speaker’s time to two minutes.
