Executive Session - Legal Advice Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) - Discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney for the District relating to a settlement agreement in CFSD's legal action against the Arizona Department of Education (ADE) to seek a court order requiring ADE to submit the District's appeal of ADE's decision in No: 3138 to the Office of Administrative Hearings.

Note: The board will move out of the executive session and adjourn the meeting. There will not be any other action taken at this time.
