2.1. Executive Session - Legal Advice Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A)(3) - Discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney for the district relating to legal issues relating to the denial of EPU grant funding and possible challenges thereto. 



NOTE: The board will move out of the executive session and adjourn the meeting. There will not be any other action taken at this meeting.
