Executive Session - Legal Advice Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) – Discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney for the District relating to (1) possible litigation relating to denial of EPU grant funding and matters related thereto, (2) legal update on matters related to COVID-19 issues including masks, vaccinations, section 12 of HB2898, litigation related to HB 2898 and matters related thereto.
NOTE: The board will move out of the executive session and adjourn the meeting. There will not be any other action taken at this meeting.
