Description:
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Rick Sansted will share with the board the "206 Points of Pride." The persons being recognized this month are as follows: AAHS Kitchen Manager Hunter Strawbridge earned his Servsafe and Food Safety Instructor Certificate to teach food safety classes to FNS Department staff and AAHS students. Brendan Bogart, Principal at Lincoln Elementary, was named this year’s Western Division Leadership Award winner, celebrating his outstanding leadership. More than 100 elementary students had their artwork chosen to be showcased at Alexandria College’s annual art exhibition. The theme this year is "Patterns and Possibilities." Students whose work was showcased include: From Voyager:
Talan Witt and Jack Morrissette were both 2025 Mr. Football Nominees. Head Football Coach, Mike Empting, was named Section 8-5A Head Coach of the Year and Northstar North Head Coach of the Year. |

IV.B. APPROVE PAYMENT OF BILLS FOR NOVEMBER 2025

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Because of the many year-end accounting adjustments and entries that need to be made, the financial reports for November 2025 will be presented when the number accurately reflects fiscal year 2025-2026 activities. The listing of bills for payment is the last attachment to this agenda. RECOMMENDATION: The administration recommends the board approve the payment of bills for November 2025. |

IV.C. APPROVE PERSONNEL RECOMMENDATIONS

Personnel recommendations are made monthly. The conditional offers of employment are subject to successful completion of a criminal background check and I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification, and where applicable, the issuance of the required license. Pursuant to Policy 208, Article IV.D., a policy that is modified because of a legal change over which the school board has no control may be approved at one meeting at the discretion of the school board. The following policies contain legal revisions reflective of laws enacted in the 2024 Minnesota Legislative Session:
