I. OPEN SESSION - CALL TO ORDER - 5:00 pm

II. PUBLIC COMMENT
BED(LOCAL):  At Special Board meetings, public comment shall be limited to items on the agenda posted with notice of the meeting.

III. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board will adjourn to closed or executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, 551.0821, 551.076, and 551.089:

551.071: Private consultation with the Board's attorney on any or all subject or matters authorized by law

551.0821: To deliberate a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation

551.076: To deliberate. the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation of security personnel or devices; or a security audit

551.089:  To deliberate security assessments or deployments relating to information resources technology, certain network security information; or the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel, critical infrastructure, or security devices
