Description:
Members of the audience will be given the opportunity to make presentations to the Board. No presentation shall be longer than five minutes. If needed, a closed meeting under Texas Government Code Sections 551.074 and 551.082 will take place to discuss and/or deliberate on employee complaints or student discipline issues.

9.A. Consideration and possible approval of budget amendments for the 2025-2026 school year if any.

9.B. Consideration and possible approval to adopt the San Diego Independent School District budget for the 2026-2027 school year.

9.C. Consideration and possible approval to rename the Vaqueros Football Stadium to "Bo Ochoa Vaqueros Stadium".

9.D. Consideration and possible approval to approve estimated costs for updated scoreboard signage and set the unveiling ceremony date to be determined.

Closed meeting: Texas Government Code 551.071 to receive information from an Attorney regarding any pending or contemplated litigation, or when the attorney will have an ethical duty of confidentiality, Section 551.074 to deliberate the employment, evaluation, re-assignment, compensation, duties, discipline, or dismissal of an employee. Action on items discussed in closed session will be taken when the board reconvenes to open session. |

Consider, deliberate, and possible action on retaining the Brodeur Law Firm, P.C. on an hourly and contingent fee agreement on the basis to represent San Diego ISD in pursuing claims of the District for enforcement, remediation, damages, and Attorney's fees against parties responsible for the Multipurpose Facility Project.
