8. Discussion and action to approve quote 9741 with Wade Advantage, LLC in the amount of $5,200.00 for upgraded door access control between the elementary and cafeteria using security funds.

9. Discussion and action to approve quote 9740 with Wade Advantage, LLC in the amount of $939.00 for computer tower, software, and adapter for the Vo-Ag/STEM Laser Cutter to be used for projects and classroom instruction.

10. Discussion and action to approve quote 9748 with Wade Advantage, LLC in the amount of $1,213.00, for a computer tower, software, and equipment.

11. Discussion and action to approve the Interlocal Cooperative required Annual Forms for FY 2025-2026.

12. Discussion and action to approve student activity absences that have exceeded the 10-day rule for the 2024-2025 school year. 

13.  Discussion and action to approve the Resolution of Oilton Public School to join the Oklahoma Schools Insurance Group (OSIG)  for the 2025-2026 school year, Option #2 with the excess liability.. 

14. Discussion and action to enter into an agreement with the Creek County Highway Dept. Dist #2.

15. Discussion and action to approve the Portrait Renewal Agreement with Strawbridge Studios Inc. and Oilton Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year.

16. Discussion and action to approve the quote with Key Brokerage for the purchase of cafeteria equipment and supplies. Child Nutrition Purchase Order #107 for $8,242.50.

17. Discussion and action to enter the MOU between the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education and Oilton Public Schools, July 1, 2025- February 7, 2026.
