5.1. Review, discuss, and take potential action to amend the 2025-2026 budget as presented, adding $100,000.00 to the Activities Fund and making the new budget for the activity fund $438,945.00.

5.2. Review, discuss, and take all necessary action to adopt the resolution increasing the school district’s base growth percentage used to determine the school district’s property tax request authority by up to seven percent (7%) or other maximum amount as permitted by law.

5.3. Review, discuss, and take possible action to approve the payment of $81,289.78 to Paintin Construction for the New Ag Classroom renovation.

5.4. Review, discuss, and take possible action on the Paintin Construction invoice for cabinets, windows, and extra base in the New Ag Classroom, Hallway, and the Shop Classroom - $16,840.00.

5.5. Review, discuss, and take possible action to pay $351,590.00 to BOKF Financial Services / Northland Security for Perkins County Schools Promissory Notes Series 2025 out of the Special Building Fund.  $340,000.00 to Principal, $11,390 to Interest, $200 to Agent Fee.

5.6. Review, discuss, and take all necessary action to transfer $250,000 from the General Fund to the Depreciation Fund.

5.7. Review, discuss, and take all necessary action to transfer $70,000 from the General Fund to the Activities Fund.

5.8. Review, discuss, and take all necessary action to pay Weathercraft Companies $58,0650 from the Depreciation Fund for roof replacement and improvement.

5.9. Review, discuss, and take potential action on the purchase of a Minivan with a certified wheelchair ramp for no more than $20,000.00.

5.10. Review, discuss, and potentially declare the old floor scrubber as surplus.
