21.A. Motion to Direct the Village Manager and the Village Attorney to prepare an Addendum to the Redevelopment Agreement entered into with Exclusive Bar and Grill LLC for the Redevelopment of the 402 through 408 South 5th Avenue Properties that includes:

21.A.1) Extension of the date for completion of redevelopment of the Bar and Grill and its outdoor dining patio and private parking lot to June 30, 2025.

21.A.2) Extension of the closing date to 90 days after approval of Addendum for the sale and conveyance of the Village-owned 402 and the 408 South 5th Avenue Properties to the owners.
|
21.A.3) Provision of a not to exceed $25,000 Tax Increment Financing Economic Incentive (50%/50% matching incentive) to the owners of the Exclusive Bar and Grill LLC for reimbursement of a portion of the redevelopment costs associated with the installation of the parking lot and/or the outdoor dining area on the 402 and the 408 South 5th Avenue Properties after they are sold to the owners.
