First Order of Business
|
|
Pursuant to the Governor Abbott’s Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020, this meeting will be conducted via videoconference, (using Zoom), which will be visible and audible to the Board and allows for two-way communication. The Board President, presiding officer, and/or trustees will not be physically present at one location but a quorum will be required for the meeting on the videoconference. We are encouraging members of the public to attend the meeting via a Zoom link that they can receive from the Administrative Office between 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. All public comments must be sent in writing to the District two hours prior to the beginning of the meeting, if you wish to address the Board of Trustees on an agenda item at the regular meeting. All public comments shall be submitted in writing and distributed to the Board of Trustees for consideration. All comments must be mailed to the following email address heather.crain@windthorstisd.net and include the following in the subject line: Public Comment for April 6, 2020 Board Meeting.
