Description:
Good day, All. Attached is Policy Advisory 644 and 645. Policy Advisory 644 reflects adjusted language in Arizona Administrative Code R7-2-401, Special Education Standards for Public Agencies Providing Educational Services. Policy Advisory 645 contains the newly revised immunization requirements issued by the Arizona Department of Health Services. The policy documents should be considered by the Governing Board for adoption as a policy or by the Superintendent for implementation as a regulation or exhibit.
