Public comment is provided at both the beginning and at the end of the Board meeting. The purpose of public comment is to provide an opportunity for a member of the public to speak. The role of the board is to listen attentively, and we thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts and ideas. As per Board Policy #0167.3, "Participants shall direct all comments to the Board and not to staff or other participants.  All statements shall be directed to the presiding officer; no person may address or question Board members individually."
