IX.J.1. Student 1718003
Suggested Motion:  To uphold the recommendation to expel Student 171803 according to the following conditions which shall be adhered to by the student: 
•Enrolling in a Virtual High School for the remainder of the 2017-2018 school year with Dundee Community Schools
•Petitioning, by August 15, 2018, to return to Dundee Community Schools to attend Riverside Academy for the 2018-2019 school year with weekly meetings with a school counselor
•While at Riverside Academy, Student's schedule would be adjusted to allow his participation in the High School Choir (No extra curricular events may be attended, other than choir festival)
•Based upon a meeting between the Riverside Academy Director and the High School Principal, Student may be accepted for attendance at Dundee High School for the 2019-2020 school year.
•Continued outside counseling is required.
