10.G.1. Consider Approval of the Purchase of Asbestos Abatement at Castleberry High School Addition Renovation Project: Lenny Lasher, Assistant Superintendent of Student Services, Facilities and Operations, has recommended considering approval of Coverall Management & Associates for asbestos abatement services at Castleberry High School not to exceed the amount of $49,920. Scope includes removal of duct work insulation and chalkboards in existing classrooms. TIPS Contract #241001. Funding has been allocated from the Soft Costs/Construction Bond Allocation.
 

10.G.2. Consider Approval of the Purchase of BenQ Interactive Flat Panels for CHS Addition Renovation Project:  The Technology Operations Department recommends purchasing 37 BenQ Interactive Flat Panels for a total price not to exceed $170,875. This amount reflects the pricing of the Department of Information Resources (DIR) contract for BenQ Interactive Flat Panels. DIR pricing meets competitive bidding requirements for government and education technology solutions. This purchase will be funded from the Technology Equipment (soft cost) budget set aside during the 2024 Bond budgeting process.
 

10.G.3. Consider Approval of the CHS Addition Renovation Division 27 Data Cabling Project:  The Technology Operations Department recommends the approval of the CHS Addition Renovation Data Cabling project at a cost not to exceed $736,910.74. The bid for this project was selected during the competitive bidding process performed by CISD using the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) E-Rate Productivity Portal. This competitive bidding process meets the requirements of CISD Board Policy CH(Legal) and Texas Education Code 44.031(a). This project will be funded from the Technology Equipment soft cost budget set aside during the 2024 Bond budgeting process.
 

10.H. Consider Approval of a Community Facilities Agreement Application with the City of Fort Worth for the CISD HS Additions Project and delegation of signatory authority to the Superintendent on related contracts.
