7.C. Recognition of Guests: CISD School Board Recognition Month for January. Dr. Myrna Blanchard, Director of Talent Acquisition and Policy, will recognize the Castleberry Board Members on behalf of CISD Administration. Mayor, Joe Ashton, will present a proclamation from the City of River Oaks.

7.D. Recognition of Guests: Lenny Lasher, Assistant Superintendent of Student Services, Facilities and Operations will recognize Castleberry ISD Police Officers for their service to the City of West Worth Village with a house explosion on December 1, 2022.

7.E. Recognition of Guests: Adrian Galvan of Tijerina Galvan Lawrence LLC (TGL) will recognize DeAnne Page for receiving the Debt Obligations Star for Financial Transparency.

8.A. Consider Approval of Board Minutes from December 12, 2022, for a Regular Meeting.

9.A.1. Consider Approval of the Irma Marsh Middle School, Castleberry High School, and REACH Academic Planning Guides for the 2023-2024 academic year.

9.B. Consider Approval of All Matters Incident and/or Related to Ordering a General Election for place 1 (Kenneth Romo) and place 2 (Tracy Gallman) for a three-year term to be held on May 6, 2023. The Castleberry Independent School District Board of Education is ordering a General Election that will be held jointly with Tarrant County, City of River Oaks, and City of Sansom Park.

10.A.1. Monthly Expenditure Report. The attached schedule lists all checks written for the month of December 2022.

10.A.2. Castleberry ISD schools receive a variety of donations each month.  A list of donations for the month of November is attached.

10.B. Consider All Matters Incident and/or related to Public Officers and Employees, including but not limited to, Contracts, Resignations, Hiring, Assignments, Allocations, and Salaries.

10.B.1. Employee Agreement Approvals: Renee Smith-Faulkner, Superintendent of Schools, reports no approved Employee Agreements for Professional Staff for the 2022-2023 school year as of January 2, 2023.

10.B.2. Employee Resignation Update: Dr. Myrna Blanchard, Director of Talent Acquisition and Policy, reports one professional resignation as of January 2, 2023.
