5.B. Tamera Masters, United Educators Association (UEA) Regional Manager, will present the Comparison of Teacher Salaries in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex for the 2022-2023 School Year.

10. DISCUSSION ITEM

10.A. Richard Owens, Managing Director of Programs of Tarrant To & Through (T3), will discuss the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) drafted between T3 and Castleberry ISD. The Tarrant To and Through Partnership (T3) works to ensure more Tarrant County students obtain post- secondary credentials and that all students have the training and skills they need to thrive in today's workforce.

10.B.1. Notice of Correction from TEA: The letter confirms that CISD has officially reversed the non-compliant status related to Speech goal writing as discovered in the spring targeted review. The due date for CAP completion and correction was July 2023, but was accomplished in October 2022.

11.B. Consider Approval of Policy Update EIC(LOCAL): Dr. June Ritchlin has provided a link to a draft with recommended changes to EIC(LOCAL), concerning class rank.

11.C. Consider Approval of the Purchase of Large Equipment from Ace Mart for Child Nutrition. Financial Services advertised RFP#23-002.

Consider Approval of the Door Access System Purchase from STS 360 not to exceed $127,233 for the following district facilities: AV Cato Elementary, Castleberry Elementary, Joy James Academy, Irma Marsh Middle School, Castleberry High School, Alternative Learning Center, Technology Building, and Special Programs Building.

Consider Approval of Frontline Analytics/Forecast5 Annual Renewal: The Technology Operations and Management Information Systems departments recommend the renewal of Frontline Analytics (commonly known as Forecast5) for a total of $53,550.00. This amount reflects the pricing of the Frontline Technologies BuyBoard contract. Utilizing BuyBoard for the renewal meets the competitive bidding requirements for purchases greater than $50,000.

12.C.1. Consider Approval of Sale (Online Auction) of District Furniture and Equipment: Lone Star Auctioneers is a certified small business headquartered in the Metroplex. Lone Star's Online Auction is a full-service firm providing a full range of auction services to all levels of government: city, county, state and federal. For city and county governments and school districts, Lone Star sells office equipment, furniture, and surplus vehicles.

13.F.5. Castleberry Elementary received a donation of corn starch for the Science department. The donation was provided by Matt Romo. An appreciation letter from Castleberry Elementary is attached.

13.F.6. Castleberry ISD Special Programs received a donation of 100 clear backpacks. The donation was provided by KLTY 94.9 (SRN Salem Media Group) Kally Brockett. An appreciation letter from Castleberry Special Programs is attached.

13.F.7. Castleberry Fine Arts department received a donation of a variety of concession items for Mariachi Los Leones. The donation was valued at $1,041.00 dollars. An appreciation letter from Mariachi Los Leones is attached.

13.F.8. Irma Marsh Middle School received a donation of a variety of concession items for Mariachi Los Cachorros. The items were donated by IMMS Mariachi Parents. An appreciation letter from Mariachi Los Cachorros is attached.

13.F.9. Irma Marsh Middle School received a donation of a trumpet to the Fine Arts department. The trumpet was donated by The Manriquez Family. An appreciation letter from Irma Marsh Middle School is attached.

13.F.10. Irma Marsh Middle School received a donation of $40.00. The donation was to cover the cost of dry-cleaning a choir dress; the fee covers the cost for one school year. The donation was received from Ty Moreno. An appreciation letter from Irma Marsh Middle School is attached.

13.F.11. CISD Teaching, Learning, and Innovation department received a donation of coffee stirrers. Second grade Math students across the district will use the stirrers with place value activities.
